Trader Joe's is a snack lover's dream. Its aisles are always full with new (or even just new-to-you) snacks. There's so much variety, it's often difficult to make it out of the store without a cart-full of impulse buys. And TikTok doesn't make it any easier — constantly flagging new and exciting releases. But in our humble opinion, it's worth braving the crowded aisles for the viral snack of the week. The question is: which of these snacks are actually healthy?

The great thing about healthy Trader Joe's snacks is that you don't have to sacrifice great taste for solid nutrition. In fact, the healthy snacks at Trader Joe's might just be the best snacks of all. Among the best picks are new twists on fan favorites (looking at you, Crunchy Chili Onion Hummus) imaginative creations (ahem, Pink Lady Apple Chips), and classic snacks done very, very well (hello, Very Berry Granola).

Whether you're on a fitness journey or just trying to be more mindful of what you eat, the following list of healthy snacks at Trader Joe's includes plenty of tried-and-true picks, plus a few new products dropping just in time for summer. It takes over half a pound of fresh raspberries to make each freeze-dried pouch, but this flavorful, healthy snack is so worth it.
