It's no secret to me — or Adrienne Bailon-Houghton's nearly six million Instagram followers — that the 41-year-old multihyphenate has come a long way since her "Cheetah Girls" days (though, for the record, I could still recite that soundtrack from memory). From cohosting "The Real" and "E! News" to launching her own fashion line, La Voûte, she's long been a steady force in the spotlight. But her latest chapter marked something entirely new: she recently made her Broadway debut in the musical "Take the Lead," and unsurprisingly, she crushed it.

"It has been a whirlwind, but I have to say that it's a dream come true," Bailon-Houghton exclusively tells PS about the experience. "I've always been a huge fan of musical theater, and the greatest part for me has been joining this cast from the ground up. I've had opportunities to step into existing shows, to play a role for a few weeks here and there, but I've always dreamed of being part of something from the very beginning, of originating a character."

Mission accomplished — Bailon-Houghton played Arianna Rey, a role she instantly connected with. The character returns to her old school as interim principal, a full-circle moment that mirrors Bailon-Houghton's own story as a proud product of New York City's public school system, where she first fell in love with the arts.

Tapping into a role so personal required more than just rehearsals; it also meant showing up feeling her best. As she previously told PS, self-care has always been a priority, and that mindset carried into her Broadway prep. The mom of one opted for a Renuvion treatment ahead of opening night. "I just wanted to feel confident," she says of the procedure, a minimally invasive skin-tightening treatment that uses radiofrequency (RF) energy and helium plasma to contract loose skin with minimal downtime. "I feel like at this point in my life, transparency is key. I'm not gatekeeping anything," she says.

While Renuvion might be the MVP of her Broadway prep, her current roster of must haves doesn't stop there. From the best foundation she's ever used to the capri pants she designed and can't stop wearing, she's more than ready to spill. Ahead, she walks us through her beauty, fashion, and wellness obsessions of the moment.

If you caught Bailon-Houghton on Broadway and wondered why her skin looked so damn glowy, it might've had something to do with the Bio-Oil Skincare Body Oil ($23, originally $33). She slathered it on before performances to hydrate her skin and give it a grease-free glow that read just as well from the balcony as it did up close.

Bailon-Houghton is fully embracing the ever-contentious capri trend with a style from her own line, no less. Enter the La Voûte Mademoiselle Capri ($70). "I am ready to wear capris," she says of the polarizing silhouette. "Crazy enough, I designed a pair for my fashion brand. So we have capris for spring in our latest collection. I'm obsessed."

Bailon-Houghton swears by Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation ($45, originally $53), calling it her desert island beauty product — and yes, it's stage-tested. "I can't live without it," she says. "It literally gives you a flawless finish, and I love it because it's also buildable. And the fact that it doesn't move." Even after "sweating through a dance routine," she says, the foundation stays perfectly in place.

The Broadway star is also a self-proclaimed bone broth enthusiast, specifically a big fan of the Kroma 24K Chicken Bone Broth ($33). "Every day, that's what I prep to take with me to work. It has 12 grams of protein and isn't like other brands that have like 900-something grams of sodium. This is like 100 grams of sodium, which is really low for a bone broth. And so much collagen."

Bailon-Houghton's just like us, especially when it comes to her intense love for the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask ($24), specifically in the Gummy Bear flavor. "There's nothing worse than attempting to open your mouth and sing a high note with cracked lips," she says. Of all the lip mask options out there, she calls this one "her absolute favorite." It uses occlusives, emollients, and humectants to hydrate and moisturize while you sleep.
